[Proposal Example Unique to the Experienced Taisen Seiko] Washer with Protrusions

This is an example of a product that is not used as a standalone item, but is assembled with bolts and other components by our company.

We would like to introduce a case study unique to Tainishi Seiko, a manufacturer of architectural hardware, regarding the experience with "protruding washers." The manufacturer requested a design with protrusions and concave surfaces on both sides, which posed a high technical difficulty. Initially, we considered manufacturing using a press, but since it was not feasible, we explored using a part former. After prototyping, we were able to mass-produce using a 4-die, 4-blow process. Instead of using the parts individually, we assemble them with bolts and other components to create a finished product. [Case Overview] ■ Request - Design with protrusions and concave surfaces on both sides, posing high technical difficulty. ■ Proposal and Results - Initially considered manufacturing with a press, but since it was not feasible, we explored using a part former. - After prototyping, we were able to mass-produce using a 4-die, 4-blow process. *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.

Wood Decoration "Laser Relief Processing + Inkjet Printing" Workshop Rihachi

We propose decorative techniques that can provide new designs.

We propose the creation of finely detailed raised patterns through laser processing and new decorative wooden panels with full-color coloring. The features of laser processing allow for precise positioning controlled by a computer, enabling specification of processing areas down to 0.1mm increments. Additionally, it offers the freedom to choose from a black finish resembling a partially burned board to engraving treatments that maintain the natural color of the wood. In practice, by collaborating geometric patterns created by designers with the natural growth ring patterns of the wood through raised processing technology, each wooden panel reveals a unique landscape. Furthermore, we have successfully created new designs using full-color UV printing technology. [Examples of Production] ■ Full-color UV printing on tiles ■ Lacquer-like urethane scraping paint ■ Three-dimensional decorative paulownia boxes *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Takimoto Engineering Co., Ltd. Company Profile

Leave the production of jig parts, industrial machine parts, prototypes, welding processing, bending processing, and polishing processing using plastic (resin) materials to us!

Takimoto Giken Kogyo Co., Ltd. has been in operation since 1971, primarily focusing on the processing of industrial engineering plastics. We have been able to handle everything from single units to mass production (with a track record of up to 18,000 units) of machine parts, jigs, prototypes, and more. In response to the high demand for short delivery times, we have increased our material inventory to ensure rapid response even when material manufacturers are closed, allowing us to better meet customer needs. Additionally, to cater to the demand for "just the plastic resin material quickly," we have started offering cut sales. We have also received requests for "6F (6-sided milling)," and we have made arrangements to accommodate this. We are committed to making efforts to meet our customers' requests, so please feel free to consult us if you have any concerns. 【Business Activities】 ■ Processing and sales of industrial engineering plastic resins ■ Manufacturing and sales of mineral water production machines ■ Manufacturing of chlorine dioxide generators and related equipment ■ Manufacturing and sales of other equipment related to the above *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

An example of producing a workpiece holder by machining cloth bakelite made of thermosetting resin.

Using machining on thermosetting resin cloth bakelite, we manufacture workpieces. We offer contract processing while considering the material's characteristics such as tolerances and distortion.

At Takimoto Giken Kogyo, we manufacture workpieces using cloth phenolic resin (Bakelite) through machining. The workpieces for industrial machinery related to the automotive sector come in various shapes depending on their design, and we adapt by changing the processing machines to meet your requirements as closely as possible. Additionally, due to the presence of tapers and radii at the processing points, we perform 3D machining (three-dimensional) using machining (Mori Seiki) by creating 3D data from drawings with CADCAM. (If you have 3D data, please provide it.) The inspection method involves checking the received drawings with a checkmark, and for areas with tolerances, we will record the actual measurements. By inspecting the aspects that are not reflected in the numbers, we aim to reduce the defect rate and ultimately meet your requests. ★Helpful Information Cloth-reinforced Bakelite (PL-FLE) is a phenolic resin with a cloth-reinforced substrate. It is generally more difficult to process than paper-reinforced substrates due to its layered nature, so it is advisable to avoid complex shapes. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Manufacturing plastic parts and shapes that are difficult to produce, starting from just one piece! Furthermore, with a shorter delivery time.

Have you ever been troubled by issues such as 'no delivery date after the estimate' or 'being turned down right before placing an order'? If you're having trouble with subcontractors for high-precision machining, please feel free to consult with us.

Do you have any of these troubles? ■ They gave a low estimate, but in the end, the delivery is delayed due to lack of time... ■ Right before placing the order, they suddenly said they couldn't handle it because it was difficult to process... ■ The precision of the delivered processed products was not good... ■ The strength of the welded or glued parts was weak, resulting in defective products... ■ They refused to take on the project because there were no drawings and it was just a single prototype... and so on. At Takimoto Giken Kogyo Co., Ltd., we offer contract processing utilizing our equipment for high-precision cutting, heat processing, engraving, rubber processing, sponge processing, and more. In addition to following the drawings, we also propose processing methods that take into account the tolerances, burrs, and warping of plastics. We handle everything in-house, from prototypes starting from a single unit to mass production. We provide suitable plastic resin processing based on the characteristics, knowledge, and know-how of plastic materials. Please consult with us once. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

High-molar processed, the rotating part ring is manufactured with high precision through coaxial machining.

Processing of high molar, manufacturing the rotating part ring with high precision through coaxial processing. Due to the characteristics of the material, we strive to meet your requirements for tolerances and distortions as closely as possible.

Our company processes high molecular weight polyethylene and manufactures precision coaxial rotating part rings. Since it is a material equivalent to ultra-high molecular polyethylene, it is prone to burrs, making post-processing challenging. For semiconductor-related products, many processed items made from ultra-high molecular polyethylene often have conditions that are stricter than the drawings, requiring significant discussions even with the same user. Ultra-high molecular polyethylene (HHMW, Tybar, Newlight, Ulmolar) is a material with excellent wear resistance and is relatively soft among resins, leaving marks when pressed hard with a nail. Mass-produced items are processed using NC lathe composite processing (Okuma), including items that require round part indexing and small parts machining, utilizing a 5-sided machining approach to increase machine operating rates. We also accommodate "mass production," capable of handling items with large production numbers and shifting to a mass production system. For companies, we flexibly respond to various conditions, striving to meet diverse requests such as payment terms and the absence of drawings. Since our establishment in 1971, we have been operating until now. I deeply feel that this is only possible thanks to the support of our users. We look forward to your continued patronage.
