This product is a low-cost, ultra-wear-resistant bend pipe created from an idea. It can be easily and quickly tough-coated for a wide range of bend pipe dimensions. The "ultra-wear-resistant bend pipe" we offer is a "wear-resistant bend pipe" that has a wear-resistant metal welded onto the outer circumference of the base steel pipe, with a fiber-reinforced plastic coating layer formed around it. [Reference Example] Before introduction: A 200A SGP elbow pipe developed holes due to wear in less than a year. Annual costs associated with maintenance and inspections were incurred.
