[Case Study] Color Sand (Park Stairs)
Introducing a case where permeable and water-retaining paving material "Color Sand" was used on the park stairs!
In ITO City, Shizuoka Prefecture, the permeable and water-retaining paving material "Color Sand" has been adopted for the stairs at "Komuroyama Park." "Komuroyama Park" is a natural park centered around Mount Komuro, which stands at an elevation of 321 meters and is located within the Fuji-Hakone-Izu National Park. From the panoramic observation deck at the summit, visitors can enjoy a 360-degree view of the Izu Seven Islands floating in Sagami Bay and the Amagi Mountain Range. Our product has been used for the 273 steps leading to the "Dinosaur Plaza" within this park. [Reasons why Color Sand is suitable for stairs] - Slip-resistant even in the rain - High permeability provides moisture to surrounding vegetation - Soft walking sensation reduces strain on legs and back - High weed prevention effect keeps the stairs free from grass, ensuring safe walking - Abundant color variations match the natural landscape *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
