A case where cost reduction was achieved by staffing the temporary nursing room!

We would like to introduce a case study of the implementation of "mamaro" at the Lifelong Learning Center Rapika in Kariwa Village, Niigata Prefecture. Previously, the facility did not have a dedicated room for baby care, and during events, meeting rooms were partitioned to create temporary nursing rooms. However, after an event, many responses in the survey requested a dedicated space, prompting the decision to create a baby care facility and implement our product. Since the implementation, user feedback has been very positive, with many expressing that they felt "at ease" not only during daily operations but also during large events. Introduction to increase satisfaction among family groups in amusement.

A case where we can proudly provide guidance, alleviating the staff's feelings of discomfort!

We would like to introduce the case study of the "mamaro" installation at the Kanefuku Mentai Park Kobe Sanda in Hyogo Prefecture. This facility has a high number of family visitors, and there has been a long-standing request for the installation of a nursing room. However, due to space constraints, it had been difficult to set one up. Therefore, we decided to introduce our product, which is not too large, allows customers to spend time comfortably, can be installed without construction, and is movable. After the installation, we received feedback that the average stay time seems to have increased because a nursing environment was quickly established. [Challenges] - There was no nursing room, causing inconvenience for customers and on-site staff. - Many staff members have children and were concerned about what more they could do to help. - There were many customers with small children, leading to a high demand for a nursing room. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
