[Mamaro Series Case Study] Aeon Style Sendai Otemachi

Revising the established practices has led to a new way for customers to choose nursing rooms.

Introducing the case of the shopping center "Aeon Style" in Sendai, which consists of about 70 specialty stores, implementing "mamaro." In this store, there was a concern that moving to the nursing room on the 3rd floor might be a burden when creating a store that aligns with the concept. By installing "mamaro" on the 1st floor, customers have been able to choose between the nursing rooms on the 1st and 3rd floors depending on their situation, and we have received many positive comments about having two nursing rooms. [Case Overview (Partial)] ■ Purpose - Although there is a nursing room on the 3rd floor, we wanted to install one on the 1st floor for customer convenience. - We want to further enhance family satisfaction. ■ Challenge - Moving to the nursing room on the 3rd floor may be a burden when creating a store that aligns with the concept. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

The museum introduced it with the aim of providing a calm space for parents to care for their children during family-oriented events. The gentle design with a wood grain pattern and rounded shapes blends seamlessly into the building's space. 【Case Overview】 ■Challenges - Long lines form for restroom use and breastfeeding, causing congestion. - Due to the nature of the museum, there is a perception that it is difficult to enter with children. ■Effects - A space has been created where parents can breastfeed their children with peace of mind. - Parents can care for their children without hesitation during family-oriented events. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Providing peace of mind to mothers with the installation of easily accessible nursing rooms in hospitals.

A case where the number of inquiries on-site has decreased, and the convenience for users has also improved!

We would like to introduce the case study of the implementation of "mamaro" at Hodaka Hospital, a medical corporation in Nagano Prefecture. Previously, there was no designated nursing room within the hospital, and mothers were guided to available examination rooms or patient rooms as needed. However, there was a strong demand for the establishment of a nursing room from both the staff and the mothers visiting the hospital, and with the new pediatric department being established, this need increased even further. The hospital was considering the installation of a nursing room. After the implementation, a nursing room was set up in the lounge area in front of the shop on the first floor. By placing it in an easily accessible location, many people have been able to use it, and we have received feedback expressing that it was truly a good decision to implement it. [Challenges] - There was no nursing room, and both visiting mothers and staff had requested its establishment. - When mothers wanted to breastfeed, they had to ask the staff, who would temporarily designate an available room as a nursing room. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

A private nursing room where users can feel at ease, with its movable design being the key factor for its introduction!

We would like to introduce a case study of the implementation of "mamaro" at the Usuki City Hall (Usuki Office) in Oita Prefecture. In this office, due to its old structure, there was originally no dedicated nursing room, which led to requests from citizens for the establishment of a nursing room and inquiries such as "Is there no nursing room?" After the installation, we received feedback such as "The nursing room you set up is cute" and "It was clean and easy to use," with some people even coming to the front desk to share their thoughts, expressing that they were glad the room was installed. 【Case Overview】 ■ Challenges - We received requests and inquiries from citizens for the establishment of a nursing room. - Considering the possibility of rearranging spaces within the office, it was difficult to determine a location for the installation work. ■ Effects - We received positive feedback for the clean and hygienic nursing room. - We became able to respond to inquiries about the nursing room, which also helped reduce the burden on front desk staff. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Introducing to enhance the satisfaction of families with small children at the Daio Wasabi Farm.

An example of how setting it up allowed Dad to participate in diaper changes.

We would like to introduce a case study of the "mamaro" implementation at the Daiou Wasabi Farm in Nagano Prefecture. Before the installation of our product, the farm did not have a nursing room, and mothers were inconvenienced as they had to use a corner of the office or reception area. The reception staff continued to assist them in this makeshift arrangement. After the installation, inquiries from customers asking, "Is there a nursing room?" significantly decreased, and staff members could proudly say, "We have a space for nursing and diaper changing," which reduced their concerns. 【Case Overview】 ■ Challenges - There was originally no nursing room. - We were struggling to provide satisfactory answers to customers asking, "Is there a nursing room?" ■ Effects - We received positive feedback from customers saying, "I'm glad there is a nursing room." - We became able to confidently guide inquiries related to nursing. - Dads were also able to participate in childcare. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

The facility had a request to provide a nursing room that matched the atmosphere of the venue in order to cater to families, but it was difficult to construct a nursing room through renovation.
