"Repeat orders are increasing" CIP press urethane mold

Excellent ease of handling, long lifespan, increased productivity, cost reduction - urethane molds for CIP pressing in the production of powder metallurgy tools, plugs, stoppers, and other refractory materials.

High quality yet low price Short delivery time Round and long cylindrical/rod-shaped refractory materials produced by CIP pressing are often made using rubber molds. However, by using urethane molds instead of rubber molds, durability is improved and productivity increases. Furthermore, we can also accommodate special specification molding processes. "Application Case 1" We supply to a domestic powder metallurgy tool manufacturer in Japan. The cost performance is excellent, and above all, ease of handling has led to an increase in repeat orders. "Application Case 2" In the case of a major refractory manufacturer in South Korea, they originally purchased and used German-made urethane molds. However, the high cost and lack of flexibility in specifications, along with a short lifespan, negatively impacted the productivity of the refractory materials. In contrast, the urethane molds made by TU have excellent properties, with a lifespan four times that of the German urethane molds. With a 60% reduction in costs and a decrease in the frequency of mold part replacements, productivity has improved. Our company can manufacture and respond to individual customer requests in a short period of time. If you have any issues with molds, please feel free to consult with us.
