High temperature, low temperature, and high pressure compatible flow meter - Screw meter OMG

The OMG high and low temperature flow meter is a high-precision volumetric high-pressure flow meter. It has high measurement accuracy and can also be used as a reference instrument for flow calibrators.

The KRAL OMG series features a screw-type (helical gear) structure that allows fluid to flow linearly, resulting in significantly lower pressure loss compared to conventional gear meters (circular gear type), and enables high-precision measurement of ±0.1% R.S. The flow meter is calibrated at 5 mm²/s, allowing for high-precision measurements even at high temperatures (low viscosity) compared to circular gear meters. Therefore, it is hardly affected by temperature changes (changes in liquid viscosity). It can be used for a wide range of fluids, including fuels such as gasoline, diesel, kerosene, and heating oil, as well as hydraulic oils, lubricants, ATF, and oils, as well as urethane raw materials like polyols and isocyanates, inks, adhesives, sealants, PVC, greases, and other high-viscosity liquids, essentially for almost all fluids except water. High-precision measurement of ±0.1% R.S. is possible due to the precisely machined spindle.
