DRISS
Automatic measurement of hydraulic data obtained from the jumbo (rock drill) during drilling operations!
DRISS (Drilling Survey System) is conducted using a method similar to the commonly implemented "exploratory drilling." It automatically measures various hydraulic data obtained from the jumbo (rock drill) during the drilling operation and performs quantitative estimation and evaluation of the geological characteristics based on that data. The measurement data is categorized into machine behavior data obtained from the rock drill (feed pressure, impact pressure, rotation pressure, damping pressure, feed cylinder oil volume converted to drilling distance and speed) and visual observation data during drilling (water inflow, characteristics of cuttings, etc.). Please feel free to contact us if you have any inquiries. 【Features】 In DRISS, three parameters are obtained from the drilling data that are considered evaluable for determining geological strength: 1. Drilling speed (only downward) 2. Drilling energy 3. Damping pressure (drilling reaction) *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
