When operators retrieve the designated workpieces, there are instances where they may mistakenly take a workpiece that looks very similar in shape and color for visual confirmation. Additionally, barcodes and QR codes can be significantly affected by heat and dirt during processes like painting, making it difficult to read when affixed to the back of the workpiece. Therefore, we have adopted RFID tags. This system utilizes RFID technology for production management. In each stage of the production line, we perform production instructions and verifications using RFID tags attached to the workpieces (such as products), and upon completion of verification, we record the work performance of the target workpiece. This allows for the confirmation of production status and achievements for each workpiece or process. 【Security System】 Refrigeration and Hose Connection Management

Built inexpensively using a waterproof picking system! Product loss has significantly decreased.

The background for the system implementation is that due to hose connection errors, liquid was sent to unintended locations, and product leakage occurred due to backflow from the source or destination, resulting in all of it being discarded and causing product loss. This system connects hoses between the source (20 ports) and the destination (20 ports), and during this process, it provides instructions on where to connect and displays the type of product. As a result of the implementation, connection errors have been significantly reduced, leading to a substantial decrease in product loss, and it was constructed inexpensively using a waterproof picking system. Currently, we are ensuring alignment by color-coding the connecting hoses and attaching number tags. In the future, we are considering the installation of IC tags for hose recognition and connection limits to achieve even more reliable connections.
