The Ministry of Shipping of Bangladesh, the Ministry of Civil Aviation and Tourism, and other government ministries have developed an "e-Store Management System" to establish an integrated framework for procuring and managing goods online. They faced challenges such as the labor-intensive management of vendors, inventory, returns, users, and equipment, as well as the lack of a reporting function to verify the procurement process.
