At the company, there were challenges in accumulating work history due to the cumbersome registration procedures, unsuitable environments for equipment installation, and cost issues at "small-scale sites with contract amounts under 30 million yen." Amidst this, they learned about the feature of Career Link that allows for the absence of equipment such as card readers on-site and decided to implement it. In January 2023, with the revision of the management evaluation criteria, the utilization of CCUS was added as a scoring requirement. However, by utilizing "wide-area site registration," Okumura Corporation has created an environment where work history registration can be done not only for the construction projects subject to evaluation but for all subcontracted projects.
