In this model system case, we introduce the inquiry management (support system) of developers who are using dbSheetClient for system development. Initially, we used commercial software as a tool to manage inquiries from customers and responses from our company. However, as the number of customers increased, it became necessary to strengthen our support system and support structure. Since multiple people need to manage inquiries and share that information, we built a new support system using dbSheetClient, which can link Excel with a database and is also compatible with web systems.
