Wood-based fire-resistant material "COOL WOOD" has obtained ministerial certification for 3-hour fire resistance.

Fire-resistant wooden materials with a 3-hour fire resistance specification have been developed, making it possible to incorporate wood into mid- to high-rise buildings of 15 stories or more! Construction examples are now available!

"COOL WOOD" is a wood-based fire-resistant material that uses gypsum board in its fire-stopping layer. Our company obtained a Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism certification for 3-hour fire resistance in December 2017.
