The cap section is made of polyethylene reinforced with glass fibers, providing excellent dimensional stability. The non-vulcanized butyl rubber adhesion layer on the side of the cap section has excellent adhesion to the concrete below, preventing water intrusion and the growth of weeds and other vegetation.
