Formwork and insulation material "Shirokuma Panel"

- High thermal insulation, excellent water resistance, and easy to process - Fire-resistant and contains few harmful substances; formwork-compatible insulation material "Shirokuma Panel"

The "Shirokuma Panel" uses a material (bead method polystyrene foam) with a thickness of 50mm, 75mm, and 100mm as standard specifications, which maintains its insulation performance for a long period, lasting over 200 years. By embedding 3mm of laminated wood with a thickness of 18mm into the insulation material, it possesses strength and rigidity, allowing for "formwork compatibility" in structural construction. Additionally, interior materials (such as plasterboard and plywood) can be directly screwed onto the laminated wood, improving work efficiency and contributing to shortened construction periods. Its weight is about one-fifth that of plywood formwork, making it lightweight. It can also be processed with tools like cutters, enhancing workability and reducing the burden on craftsmen. It has passed the gas toxicity test specified in "Ministry of Construction Notification No. 1231, Article 41" conducted by the Building Materials Testing Center. It also contains flame retardants, making it self-extinguishing when the source of fire is removed. 【Features】 ■ Insulation performance and long-term durability (over 200 years) ■ Good workability and shortened construction period ■ High safety ■ Secure indoor space ■ Environmentally friendly ■ High recyclability *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

【Energy Saving】Cost reduction with formwork-compatible insulation that lasts for over 200 years.

The polar bear panel has high insulation performance and is resistant to aging. It is lightweight and easy to work with, which can lead to cost reductions through shortened construction periods.

Insulating buildings can reduce CO2 emissions from heating and cooling equipment. Shirokuma panels are available in standard thicknesses of 75mm and 100mm, contributing to the reduction of fossil fuel consumption related to heating and cooling due to their high insulation performance. While conventional insulation materials lose their insulating performance after about three years, Shirokuma panels have been confirmed to maintain their insulation performance for over 200 years. Additionally, by utilizing them as "formwork-compatible insulation materials," both the formwork process and insulation installation can be carried out simultaneously, contributing to a reduction in construction time (labor-saving). Both "post-applied insulation materials" after the structure is completed and the aforementioned panels can be installed, allowing for flexibility based on application, construction method, and building type. 【Features】 ■ Insulation performance and long-term durability (over 200 years) ■ Good workability and reduced construction time ■ High safety ■ Ensures a solid indoor space ■ Environmentally friendly ■ High recyclability

Formwork and Insulation Material "Shirokuma Panel" <Work Style Reform Measures>

Reduction of formwork processing and dismantling work! No need for base construction, a rational construction method that achieves three benefits with one stone.

Our formwork and insulation material, "Shirokuma Panel," allows for a reduction in construction time. Formwork production and processing, as well as formwork dismantling work, can be reduced by about half, and insulation work is almost zero. This enables a reduction in base (lightweight steel) construction. After the revision, there is a high possibility that the construction period will extend compared to the current situation, which will also impact sales. To maintain the current number of starts, rationalization is necessary. 【Features】 ■ Reduction in formwork processing and dismantling work ■ Reduction in insulation work ■ No need for base construction, achieving three benefits with one solution *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
