Sunny Keeper is formed from flake-shaped magnesium chloride (MgCl2·6H2O). Utilizing the properties of Sunny Keeper, such as freezing point depression, hygroscopicity, and water retention, it is widely used not only as a freeze prevention agent but also for soil stabilization and dust control. It is hygroscopic, releases heat upon dissolution, and significantly lowers the freezing point of water, making it highly effective for snow melting, ice melting, and freeze prevention. Additionally, it reacts with calcium, iron, aluminum, and other components in the soil, causing a solidification phenomenon that appropriately compacts the soil and forms a resilient soil structure. This helps prevent surface roughness and soil erosion. Furthermore, due to its extremely strong hygroscopicity and water retention effect, it absorbs moisture from the air to maintain adequate surface humidity and prevent the scattering of dust.
