Liquid immersion system "Sora solaⓇ"

Immersion cooling system compatible with ultra-high density and high heat generation servers, achieving high density, space-saving, and energy-saving in data centers.

Joint Development by Taisei Corporation, RSI Co., Ltd., and Shinohara Electric Co., Ltd. Why immersion cooling? / Development Background The immersion cooling system has recently gained attention as a cooling solution for the era of high heat generation. The water-cooled cold plate method is becoming inadequate for circulating water to numerous heat-generating components. Compared to oil immersion, the use of special refrigerants allows for boiling latent heat cooling and improves the maintenance of the boards. In boards with multiple CPUs and GPUs, it is difficult to circulate water evenly with cold plates, making this technology optimal for cooling high-load devices that extensively use GPUs for supercomputers, AI, and deep learning. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Liquid immersion system "Sora SolaⓇ mini"

Server cooling for e-sports and online games, also ideal for universities, research institutes, and exhibition halls.

Joint Development by Taisei Corporation, RSI Co., Ltd., and Shinohara Electric Co., Ltd. The immersion cooling system is gaining attention as a cooling solution for the era of high heat generation. In the water-cooled cold plate method, it is difficult to circulate water to numerous heat-generating components, making cooling challenging. Compared to oil immersion, special refrigerants allow for boiling latent heat cooling and offer better maintenance for the boards. This technology is optimal for cooling high-load devices that heavily utilize GPUs, such as supercomputers, mining, AI, and e-sports deep learning. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
