【Use Case】Electrical machinery room with a double floor loaded with 3.6 tons of equipment.
Coated with fluorine paint for salt damage prevention! A frame is installed to reinforce the floor, and the space underneath the floor is used for wiring.
This is a construction example of an electrical machinery room for a substation installed at a port in Kanagawa Prefecture. The floor was reinforced to withstand the total weight of 3.6 tons of equipment. Since the installation site is near the sea, fluorine paint was used to consider salt damage. Additionally, to prevent storm surges, the container floor was fully welded shut, and fire protection equipment was used for the fixtures. Container houses are easy to transport by land and can be installed after assembly in the factory, allowing for the construction of specialized buildings at a low cost without being affected by weather conditions. 【Used Container and Specifications (Partial)】 ■ Used Container: 1 unit of 20FT high cube container ■ Floor ・ Substrate: Structural plywood t = 24mm ・ Finish: Vinyl floor tiles *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.
