Simple Inner Burring Holder "T10 Type"

A simple back burr removal holder that can be used with machines equipped with NC as well as robots and various dedicated machines.

The "T10 type" is a simple back burr removal holder that has a 10mm extension mechanism only in the axial direction. The holder is equipped with a built-in 10mm extension mechanism, allowing for processing while constantly applying pressure to the cutting edge against the back burr removal machining surface. Burrs refer to protrusions or excess parts that occur during the processes of metalworking or resin (plastic) processing, and they generally have irregular and sharp shapes. According to JIS standard JIS B 0051, they are defined as "residues on parts from machining or molding processes that are external remnants of geometric shapes at the edges of corners."
