Corner coil heater

Ideal as a gate bushing heater that is resistant to high temperatures and also strong against resin coating.

Compared to band heaters, it has a longer lifespan at high temperatures and excellent insulation properties. Since it makes surface contact with the heated object, the thermal efficiency is significantly improved. There are four types of sheath cross-sections: 4.1 square, 3.5 square, 2.5x4.0 rectangular, and 2x3 rectangular. The connection part with the lead wire is a non-heating section, making it less likely to experience disconnection. It is also possible to incorporate a thermocouple (J or K).

My Kanouzu Band Heater TEMPCO

TEMPCO's band heaters use a special insulator (mica), making them excellent products for high-temperature resistance.

1. This is a high-watt density band heater of the NHW (stainless steel insulated lead wire type) and NHL (fiberglass insulated lead wire type). MAX temperature: 450°C, recommended watt density: 8.5W/cm² or less. 2. We maintain a wide range of standard products with a minimum inner diameter of 22mm to a maximum inner diameter of 70mm as manufacturer standard stock. 3. Watflex Split Sheath Cartridge Heater

The split-type structure features a unique design where the sheath part is separated like two legs.

- This is a high-watt cartridge heater of the split sheath type, which fundamentally differs in manufacturing method from a typical cartridge heater. - The split type structure features an innovative design where the sheath parts are separated like two legs. - Since there is no non-heating section at the tip of the heater, it is effective for heating specific areas. - Due to thermal expansion, the two sheath parts expand outward, allowing them to closely adhere to the insertion hole of the mold, enabling high-temperature heating at low temperature settings. As a result, it has a lifespan 2 to 5 times longer than that of a standard cartridge heater. - Because the two sheath parts expand independently, warping does not occur, making it easy to attach and detach. - It can also be manufactured for industrial voltages (200V–240V) and household voltages (20V–120V). - Additionally, it is possible to incorporate an external sheath sensor in the gap between the two sheath parts, allowing for the replacement of just the sensor in case of a disconnection.
