High-efficiency gas combustion small heater "Econbaster"

It is a one-of-a-kind energy-saving small heater for liquid heating!

The "Econbuster" is a combustion-type compact heater developed in collaboration with Tokyo Gas Co., Ltd. as an alternative to electric heaters that can easily heat liquids, suitable for various applications in commercial and industrial fields. It consists of a gas burner made of metal knit and a stainless steel tube that covers it. The heat transfer fins installed between the inner and outer tubes allow the combustion gas to pass through, heating the surrounding liquid through heat transfer from the wall. 【Features】 ■ Overwhelming high efficiency: Thermal efficiency of over 90% ■ Comfortable environment: Significant reduction in heat radiation ■ Environmental protection: Substantial reduction in CO2 emissions → Significant energy cost savings through reduced electric demand and steam-free operation! ■ Compact: Highly flexible design 【Examples of Use】 Heating tanks for industrial use, food lines, hot water for cleaning machines, and various other heating applications. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

[Example of Energy-Saving Equipment] Reduction of CO2 emissions by gas-heated liquid heaters.

By changing the heating of the cleaning tank from an electric heater to a gas heater, we have achieved approximately 60% energy savings!

**Gasification from Electrical Equipment** The topics of CO2 reduction and carbon neutrality are becoming increasingly important, and the selection of energy sources for industrial equipment is more critical than ever. In this context, we would like to introduce an example of implementation for customers who wish to reduce CO2 emissions amidst rising electricity costs. **Changing the heat source of the hot water tank for the food line cleaning from electric heaters to gas heaters (Econbaster)** We proposed updating the cleaning tank, which was heated using two 10KW electric heaters, to a gas heater equivalent to 22KW. Due to the gas system, we were able to reduce running costs by approximately 60%. Additionally, we received feedback that the startup time was also shortened. By installing flanges on the cleaning tank and pre-treatment tank, gasification can be easily achieved.

[Example] ECB <Gas heater as an auxiliary for steam heating tank>

For those using heating tanks with steam or electricity in surface treatment, food, semiconductors, and more!

We would like to introduce the case of "ECB" in gas heaters as an auxiliary for steam heating tanks. Compared to steam boilers, which have significant losses, this method is efficient as it directly heats the tank. Being a gas heater, it has a large combustion volume per unit, and the heater itself is equipped with a heat exchanger, achieving over 90% efficiency. It is a high-efficiency type that ensures combustion volume while being compact and easy to maintain. 【For customers like these】 ■ Using heating tanks with steam or electricity (surface treatment, food, semiconductors, etc.) ■ Takes a long time during startup ■ Wants to eliminate steam usage *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

[Example] HSP immersion heater <Gasification from steam heating tank>

If you are struggling with steam loss and slow startup while heating with a steam boiler!

We would like to introduce an example of the "HSP immersion tube heater" in gasification from the steam heating tank. Since it directly heats the inside of the tank, there is minimal loss, and if intermediate pressure is used, it is possible to have a thin diameter immersion tube section. Compared to steam boilers, which have significant losses, this method is efficient as it directly heats the tank. Being a gas heater, it has a large combustion volume per unit, and the heater itself is equipped with a heat exchanger, achieving over 90% efficiency. [For customers like this] ■ Those who have been heating with steam boilers but are troubled by steam loss and slow startup. ■ Reduction of running costs. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
