Melting fuel gas generation device "V-Aqua Gas"

A cutting gas generation device that enables efficiency and rationalization of production through the simultaneous use of 40 torches and the cleanliness of the cut surface [adopted by a certain famous tower!].

The "V-Aqua Gas" is a unique device developed by Air Water that generates "Aqua Gas," a hydrogen-based fuel gas, for efficiently cutting steel materials. It is a large-scale generation type device that allows for the simultaneous use of over 40 cutting torches, resulting in significantly cleaner cut surfaces that require less post-processing. This enables greater efficiency and rationalization in production compared to traditional cutting methods. It is actively adopted in industries that process steel materials, including shipbuilding, shearing, and construction machinery industries. 【Features】 - Actively adopted in the shipbuilding, shearing, and construction machinery industries - This device was also used for processing components of a certain famous tower (for details on this case, please contact us directly) - Capable of producing clean cut surfaces even for high-tensile steel, which is typically difficult to cut cleanly *Please refer to the PDF data available for download for the "V-Aqua Gas" catalog. *Cutting tests can compare V-Aqua Gas with other gases such as LP gas. It is also possible to bring in your own workpieces to confirm differences in cut surfaces and cutting speeds.

Hydrogen generation device (VHR)

This is an on-site gas generation device that uses a reformer developed independently by our company, utilizing natural gas as the main raw material to produce hydrogen.

1. Achievement of the industry's smallest NG raw material unit By adopting a highly efficient heat recovery, heat utilization, and hydrogen purification process, we have achieved the industry's smallest NG raw material unit of 0.34 Nm3/Nm3-H2 (expected value). ■ Unique reformer tube heating structure and integration of high-temperature processes (hot box) Our unique reformer tube heating structure ensures uniform reforming efficiency, and by integrating high-temperature processes and creating a hot box, we achieve highly efficient heat utilization. ■ Thorough heat recovery process We employ a process that allows for thorough heat recovery. Additionally, by recovering off-gas from PVSA, we minimize the fuel consumption of natural gas. ■ Purification technology Hydrogen purification is achieved through the vacuum swing adsorption method (PVSA), improving the recovery rate from the usual 70-80% to over 90%. 2. Environmental aspects Compared to our conventional model "VH," we have reduced CO2 emissions per unit of hydrogen by 10%, contributing to the reduction of CO2, a greenhouse gas.
