"Gas soft nitriding treatment" is a heat treatment process that maintains a temperature range of 550 to 600°C in a mixed atmosphere of carburizing gas and NH3 (ammonia), allowing nitrogen and carbon to diffuse into the surface to form carbonitrides and achieve surface hardening. By leveraging the characteristics of the Unizoff method, it is also capable of performing precise heat treatment without unevenness, even for one-off and small-lot products. Suppressing dioxins, soot, and odors - WABE incinerator 'Chibita'

Most combustible waste can be incinerated with high efficiency and without smoke, regardless of size, shape, or calorific value. The exhaust gas is almost colorless and transparent, like a mirage.

The WABE incinerator "Chibita" is a next-generation furnace that suppresses and decomposes dioxins, soot, and odors. It has been designed to achieve sufficiently high-temperature combustion even without a combustion aid burner. Most combustible waste can be incinerated efficiently and smokelessly, regardless of size, shape, or calorific value. The feed opening is large, allowing for the input of bulky waste, and it is easy to load large quantities at once. Bulk loading is possible, and it operates on gasification combustion. During gasification combustion, no manual labor is required. The exhaust gases are nearly colorless and transparent, resembling a mirage, and the reduction in the calorific value of the incineration ash is only a few percent. During the pouring operation, the amount of molten metal indicated on the work card is poured at the temperature also specified on the work card.
