Toughness Former
Introduction to methods for preventing rock collapse, landslides, and the occurrence of falling rocks and soil loss.
The "Toughness Former" is a construction method that prevents surface sliding and rockfall by forming a unique covering layer on slopes and greening bases, while also promoting greening in areas with potential for plant growth. It consists of Toughness Former mixed powder and Toughness Former mixed liquid. The mixed powder includes high-heat-treated silica material and carefully selected fiber materials, which have been adjusted in formulation to create a polymer cement mortar that is easy to spray. Additionally, the high-heat-treated silica material contributes to the utilization of recycled resources. 【Features】 ■ Suitable for high-altitude construction ■ Improved durability ■ Utilizes strong adhesion to firmly secure "rock to rock," etc. ■ Prevents rock collapse, landslides, and the occurrence of rockfall in advance ■ Excellent fluidity, superior pumping capability for high altitudes and long distances *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
