Disposer Q&A [Part 2]

We will answer the questions received from our customers!

Q: What are the running costs like? A: A standard disposer processes a full load of kitchen waste in the corner in about 40 to 90 seconds. For household use, the daily electricity cost is around 5 to 10 yen, and the amount of water used is roughly equivalent to the amount needed to flush a toilet once. We are always open to any questions, no matter how trivial, so please feel free to contact us.

Disposer Q&A [Part 6]

We will answer the questions received from our customers!

Q: Is it possible to install it in any kitchen? A: The conditions are that the sink's diameter is either 115mm or 180mm, and there is space available under the sink. However, even if there is no space, it may be possible to install it by modifying the drawer, so if you provide photos of the kitchen's exterior and the inside of the drawer when inquiring, we can respond more smoothly. We are always open to any minor questions, so we look forward to your inquiries.

Disposer Q&A [Part 8]

We will answer the questions received from our customers!

Q: Is maintenance necessary? A: It is not necessary. However, by regularly putting several ice cubes into the disposer as usual, you can remove any stuck dirt inside, which helps maintain cleanliness and suppress odors. Additionally, for the purpose of cleaning the pipes, we recommend flushing the water accumulated in the sink all at once about once a week. We are always open to any questions, no matter how small, so please feel free to contact us.

Disposer Q&A [Part 7]

We will answer the questions received from our customers!

Q: Is it possible to install it in a septic tank instead of a sewer? A: In the case of a standalone septic tank, it is necessary to have a separate treatment tank. Depending on the municipality, even if it is a sewer, there may be regulations that prohibit the installation of the disposer itself. If you could provide a photo close to the manhole of the septic tank and a photo that shows how many manholes there are, along with your location, we can check for any applicable regulations. We are always open to any questions, no matter how small, so we look forward to your inquiries.

Disposer Q&A [No. 14]

We will answer the questions received from our customers!

Q: Is it possible to install it in a rental property? A: There is no problem. The work involves the installation of the disposer and the replacement of the plumbing, so it can be restored to its original condition and relocated to a new residence. However, please note that there may be clauses in the rental agreement that prohibit installation, so we recommend checking the contract first before contacting us. We are always open to any questions, no matter how small, so we look forward to hearing from you.

Disposer Q&A [Part 3]

We will answer the questions we received from our customers!

Q: Does it get clogged? A: There is no problem as long as you continuously run water while adding food waste. However, if the water amount is low or if you add a large amount of food waste at once, it will naturally cause a clog. We have had similar cases in homes where we installed the system. The issue was resolved by having a plumbing service remove the clog. The part that is prone to clogging is not the disposer itself, but the S-trap where the waste flows after being ground up. This means that the disposer is functioning properly in terms of grinding. It is important to run plenty of water after use. Additionally, for the purpose of cleaning the pipes, I think it is good to flush out the water accumulated in the sink all at once about once a week. We are always open to any questions, no matter how small, so please feel free to contact us.

Contributing to biogas power generation with the "Disposer Kitchen Waste Treatment System."

A system that converts organic waste into energy. It takes the environment into consideration and fulfills the role of the SDGs. Organic waste treatment system.

By using a kitchen waste treatment system (disposer) in the pretreatment facility for biogas power generation, it is possible to pump and transport food waste generated in various locations of the facility to a single processing tank. The grinding of food waste also helps to reduce the load on the processing tank. The gas generated from anaerobic fermentation of food waste, such as kitchen waste, can be utilized as biogas power generation. It can be installed in large commercial facilities and food factories that generate about 1 to 2 tons of food waste per day. **Features of Biogas Power Generation** - **Carbon Neutrality**: The CO2 generated from burning biogas originates from the CO2 absorbed by biomass from the atmosphere, so it is believed not to contribute to an increase in atmospheric CO2. - **SDGs Example: 13 Climate Action**: By converting biomass resources into gas, it is possible to reduce the CO2 emitted from incineration. - **Formation of a Local Production for Local Consumption and Circular Society**: Biogas can be generated using local materials, and its energy can be recovered and returned. *Support for the overall introduction of the biogas power generation system is also available. Please refer to the materials for more details. Feel free to contact us with any inquiries.*
