Based on the principles of turbines that have been proven in the past, fluid acts on the inclined surfaces of precision turbine blades, causing them to rotate. The movement at the tips of each blade is detected by sensors built into the main body of the measuring device, converted into pulse signals, and the frequency is then converted into flow rate.
With a rated pressure of 3.5 MPa (maximum option of 34.5 MPa) and a rated temperature of 110°C (optional 232°C), it can accommodate many industries. We offer 12 sizes (0.7 L/min to 18,000 L/min) with either screw-type (straight G thread [male thread] or tapered R thread [female thread] up to 40 MPa) or JIS 10K-RF flange connections, allowing us to meet various customer needs. You can choose from three methods: 1] millivolt sine wave, 2] rectangular wave (square wave), or 3] 4-20 mA analog signal.
