We would like to introduce the Euclite flooring system manufactured by BASF Japan. "Euclite UD200SR" is a high-performance flooring material primarily composed of water-based rigid polyurethane, suitable for areas that are constantly wet, such as floors in food industry production lines where hot water flows, as well as kitchens and areas exposed to radiant heat, such as under kettles, with a slip-resistant finish. We would like to introduce the flow from your request for Euclid flooring installation to the completion of the work. First, we will visit you in person to hear more specifically about any concerns you may have. To alleviate your anxieties and dissatisfaction, we will also make suggestions from our side and continue to consult with you until your issues are resolved. Next, based on the content of the current situation survey, we will propose a plan that is truly necessary for you. We will provide a detailed estimate of the costs required for that plan. We will proceed with the actual installation at a time that is convenient for you, taking sufficient care to consider surrounding buildings and machinery during the construction. As soon as the installation is complete, our staff will conduct a thorough inspection. If any issues are discovered, we will report them and respond immediately. About the oxygen index of Euclide flooring materials.

Items with an oxygen index of 26 or higher are treated as non-combustible or flame-retardant.

The "oxygen index" represents the minimum concentration of oxygen in a mixture of oxygen and nitrogen that can sustain the combustion of a material. The determination of non-combustibility and flame retardancy is made according to the oxygen index method specified in JIS K 7201, with materials having an oxygen index of 26 or higher treated as non-combustible or flame-retardant. In such cases, they are not subject to the Fire Service Act (designated combustible materials), so there is no need to notify the local fire department even when storing or handling more than 20m³ (as per the Fire and Disaster Management Agency notification). *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
