Purified Seawater Supply System "YNH Type Series"

A clean seawater supply system that does not generate filter-inhibiting substances.

The "YNH type series" is a clean seawater supply system that operates in a hygienic state without allowing dirt to accumulate between the filter media. It allows for the cleaning of the filter media with a water volume comparable to the filtration processing capacity, thereby minimizing the required pump capacity. Additionally, being made of FRP, it has excellent seawater corrosion resistance and is extremely robust due to its cylindrical shape. [Features] - Innovative filtration and cleaning mechanism - Energy-saving - Suitable for seawater *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Ancient precious organic acids are the raw materials. What is the natural mineral enzyme "fulvic acid"?

"Final decomposition products" that have undergone humification over a long period! They have antibacterial and deodorizing effects.

"Fulvic acid" is a valuable organic acid extracted from peat, which is formed from organic matter such as plants and algae that existed on Earth over 100 million years ago. After a long period of time, this organic matter undergoes humification and is on the verge of becoming coal or oil, with about 0.2% being extracted. It has a chelating effect that finely ionizes minerals, increasing the absorption rate to a high value of 97%. It is said to have effects such as antibacterial action, promotion of enzyme activation, enhancement of plant growth, and deodorizing properties. 【Features】 ■ Antibacterial action ■ Promotion of enzyme activation ■ Deodorizing properties ■ Finely ionizes minerals to increase the absorption rate to a high value of 97% *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Powdered coagulant linen washing wastewater decomposition, adsorption, and coagulation treatment test.

Confirmed that a large floc is formed, which is colorless and transparent, significantly reducing COD!

We would like to present the results of tests conducted on linen wash wastewater using the inorganic powder coagulant "Super Namit" for adsorption, coagulation, and decomposition coagulation treatment. By adding a pretreatment agent at 0.05% and the COD decomposer "NAS-01" at 0.05%, along with "TN315-T3" at 0.05%, we confirmed the formation of large flocs, resulting in a colorless and transparent solution that significantly reduces COD. It is believed that by passing this treated water through an activated carbon adsorption tower, it can be reduced to below the target COD value of 30 mg/L. [Experiment-1] ■ 0.25% and 0.5% of "NAC-01" were added to the raw water and stirred for 10 minutes. ■ Then, after adding 0.05% of "TN315NY-S1", strong stirring (1000 rpm) was performed for 1 minute, followed by weak stirring (200 rpm) for 2 minutes. ■ The supernatant was analyzed as treated water. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

[Case Study] Cost Reduction through Moisture Content Reduction in Sludge Dewatering Treatment

Annual cost reduction of approximately 4 million yen! A case of switching to "inorganic coagulants + amphoteric polymer coagulants."

We would like to introduce a case study from a certain food factory. The installation of a dewatering machine is effective for reducing the volume of sludge generated from wastewater treatment. However, the "disposal cost" when disposing of the dewatered sludge (dewatered cake) as industrial waste has become a significant burden. Therefore, we changed from "polymer coagulants (cationic + anionic)" to "inorganic coagulants + amphoteric polymer coagulants." As a result, the change in coagulants led to a cost reduction of 4 million yen annually. [Case Study] ■ Industry: Certain food factory ■ Issues/Problems before implementation - The "disposal cost" when disposing of the dewatered sludge (dewatered cake) as industrial waste has become a significant burden. *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.
