We can respond to the special shapes of welded pipe fittings used in boiler applications with high technical skills!
It is a joint that makes you think it could be a sculpture, finished to a stunning degree. This is made by "cutting out," which means it is created by machining from forged material, not through plastic processing. Among the welded pipe joints used in boiler-related applications at thermal power plants, there are products with large and special shapes that cannot be made through plastic processing (stretching, compressing, bending, or pulling steel materials). For such requests, we manufacture by cutting from forged materials rather than using conventional plastic processing.
The shapes mainly include Y-PIECE, which branches at the same angle from one direction; LATERAL, which branches at an angle like a branch from one direction; and T-PIECE, which branches in a T shape. The diameters primarily range from 400 to 800 mm, with some larger ones weighing around 10 tons. Since these products are used under extremely harsh conditions, the specifications include strict component regulations for the materials used and heat treatment conditions based on the technical standards for power generation thermal equipment. Not only do the shapes need to fit, but we also conduct UT tests on the materials, tensile tests, impact tests, hardness tests, and penetration tests on the products, and we provide the final products only after all tests are cleared.
