The exterior walls of the public facility (Kobe Customs General Building), which had deteriorated paint, were renovated with a two-color spray granite-like exterior material "JA-S" that excels in durability and weather resistance.
We would like to introduce an example of the exterior wall of the Kobe Customs General Office building, which was renovated using a two-tone blown granite-like finish called "JA-S."

【Customer's Issues and Requests】
◆ This property was damaged in the 1995 Great Hanshin-Awaji Earthquake, with the west annex being demolished and the east old main building being reconstructed, leading to the completion of the third new office building in 1999. However, the exterior wall's other company's stone-like spray coating deteriorated within a few years.
◆ For this renovation, a highly durable and weather-resistant stone-like coating material was desired.

◇ The existing stone-like spray coating of the new office building had severely deteriorated and was heavily soiled, so for this renovation, we proposed and adopted our product, which has high design quality and weather resistance, and is long-lasting.
