Introducing "Velcro" that can be used at higher temperature ranges than standard types and is flame-retardant!

We would like to introduce our heat-resistant "Velcro" type. This product is a hook-and-loop fastener with high heat resistance, utilizing PPS fibers in almost all the threads of the hook part, loop part, and base fabric part. Even after being left in a high-temperature environment (250°C) for 24 hours, the engagement strength (shear strength) retains over 80%. Additionally, since it is primarily made of PPS fibers and does not use the urethane-based backing agent typically required for standard fasteners, it is self-extinguishing and passes the automotive combustion test (FMVSS-302 horizontal method) and the aircraft combustion test (FAR.PAT25.853a vertical method). 【Features】 ■ Utilizes PPS fibers in almost all the threads of the hook part, loop part, and base fabric part. ■ Self-extinguishing due to the absence of a backing agent. ■ Passes automotive and aircraft combustion tests. ■ Produces an extremely low amount of smoke during combustion. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
