This is a case of the Nago Fishing Port 4.5m quay improvement project in Nago City, Okinawa Prefecture.

We would like to introduce a case study of the construction using "Super Sol," an artificial lightweight material made from crushed and sintered waste glass, as backfill material for a seawall. In the coastal protection project, Super Sol L4, which has a specific gravity of 1.1 and is lighter than gravel or crushed stone but sinks in water, was adopted. This is a case of road improvement work on the Fukuyama-Onomichi Line in Onomichi City, Hiroshima Prefecture.

We would like to introduce a case study of the construction using the artificial lightweight material "Super Sol," which is made by crushing and sintering waste glass to create a foamed glass lightweight material. In the road elevation work of an existing road, lightweight fill material was used for the purpose of protecting the drainage channel on the roadside.
