The belt longitudinal tear detector is a switch that instantly detects longitudinal tears in the belt caused by foreign objects penetrating the belt at the chute drop-off point of the belt conveyor and outputs an alarm signal. It consists of a sensor section that detects longitudinal tears and a converter section that outputs cutting signals. The converter is also equipped with a disconnection alarm output that detects cuts in the sensor or cable, ensuring high safety. 【Features】 ● A highly sensitive cable switch is used in the sensor section. The point that is pressed immediately becomes a contact, allowing for instant detection of abnormalities. ● The conductive part of the touch switch is protected by a safety cover, preventing dust and transported materials from adhering, and it is not affected by ozone, infrared, or other influences. ● The detector can be installed without modifying the conveyor belt itself. CdZnTe semiconductor detector GR1

A small, lightweight, high-resolution semiconductor detector for gamma rays that can be used at room temperature, for quality inspection of radioactive drugs, nuclear physics research, decommissioning, and more.

The GR1 is a gamma-ray detector that uses a large-volume CdZnTe semiconductor detector measuring 10x10x10mm. It is compact and lightweight, approximately 25x25x63mm (60g), yet it is a complete gamma-ray spectrometer with an integrated 4k channel MCA. The energy resolution (FWHM) of a typical NaI(Tl) scintillation detector is about 7%, but the GR1 has a high energy discrimination capability of less than 2.5% (at 662 keV). Additionally, it does not require cooling to liquid nitrogen temperatures like Ge semiconductor detectors, making it ready for use at any time without incurring running costs. Operation is straightforward; you can start measurements immediately by connecting the GR1 to a PC (Windows 10 or higher) using a commercially available USB cable. A basic control program is provided free of charge. The GR1 can perform spectral measurements with excellent energy resolution even under high dose rates of approximately 1 mSv/hr.

The dust monitor continuously measures the dust concentration in the exhaust gases on the secondary side of dust collectors and monitors changes in relative dust levels, outputting alarm contacts and analog signals in case of abnormalities. It detects the frictional static electricity of dust that comes into contact with or passes near the detection probe. It can be easily installed in existing setups and is useful for environmental measures. Additionally, it is equipped with a concentration correction function, allowing for output correction to the dust concentration obtained by JIS measurement methods by adding a correction factor to the detection signal. Changes in dust levels due to leaks or tears in bags can be monitored, and continuous concentration changes can be output at levels close to actual measurements, enabling trend management of dust collector performance to be monitored at values close to JIS measurement methods. Moreover, it has obtained domestic explosion-proof certification, making it usable in first and second category hazardous locations (zone 1.2). ● Domestic production ensures stable supply Maintenance only requires regular cleaning of the probe. ● Low cost with performance equivalent to optical methods Measurement range of 0 to 1000 mg/m³ with 9 range switches.
