Seibu Shinkin Credit Guarantee Co., Ltd. has been working with HEROZ to implement a fraud detection AI system for housing loan screening operations, which began operation in April 2024. In recent years, there has been a growing concern regarding fraudulent use of housing loans to purchase rental properties. We have developed a housing loan fraud detection AI system that learns the characteristics of past fraudulent loan applications and visualizes the likelihood of new applications being fraudulent with a score on a scale of 1 to 100.
