[Case Study] Shizuoka Prefecture Bean Sprout Manufacturer

To achieve a 2.5 times increase in production volume, not only the dehydrator but also the crusher and conveyor have been completely renewed!

We would like to introduce a case study regarding the introduction of a dedicated equipment for bean sprouts to a bean sprout manufacturer in Shizuoka Prefecture. Due to an increase in production volume, there was a need to upgrade the dehydrator, which led to our consultation. To achieve a 2.5 times increase in production volume, we proposed not only upgrading the dehydrator but also renewing the crusher and conveyor. We would like to introduce a case study regarding the introduction of a dedicated bean sprout processing machine to Kawasaki Foods Co., Ltd. in Saga Prefecture. They were using an existing dehydrator for weight reduction, but faced issues such as insufficient squeezing, which caused blockages within the dehydrator, and they reached out to us for assistance. With a request to improve dehydration efficiency, they first confirmed that our dehydrator could effectively dehydrate the product.
