Here is an example of removing fine burrs from precision parts. We received a request for burr removal from a precision press-cut plate with a thickness of 0.3mm, featuring a φ5.5 hole at the center of a 17x17 square. The burrs around the φ5.5 hole measured 4 to 5μm in height. If stacked as is, the hole area would slightly bulge, resulting in uneven height and failing to achieve the desired characteristics. Therefore, we removed only the burrs without causing warping or scratches on the flat surface.
