Diamond composite coating

A new technology for coating the surface of the base material with diamond! Considering applications beyond drilling bits.

Tix TSK offers "diamond composite coating." This technology involves mixing self-melting alloy powder with (WC, diamond, C-BN) powder, forming and sintering it in a special process. It possesses extremely excellent wear resistance characteristics and also has grinding properties. Additionally, we have developed a technology for sintering diamond particles dispersed in cemented carbide, known as "diamond composite chips (cemented carbide-diamond)." 【Features】 ■ Extremely excellent wear resistance characteristics ■ Can be manufactured at a low cost (initial model costs incurred) ■ Capable of being produced in relatively free shapes ■ Possesses grinding properties due to diamond particles ■ Can be coated on near-net shapes (±0.1mm) *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
