The "R24C2T25" is a DC/DC converter that makes it easier than ever to generate power for IGBTs, Si, SiC, and GaN cascode gate drives. This SMT component comes in a compact 7.5 x 12.83mm, 36-pin SSOP package and provides a programmable dual asymmetric output voltage through an external resistor network.
