[Franchise Case Study] Increased Opportunities for Business Negotiations with Overwhelming Customer Attraction Power
Feeling the limits of our own capabilities, we decided to join a franchise. We aim to receive orders for 10 buildings per year.
In 1996, the company Tezuka was established, specializing in carefully crafted traditional wooden houses and temple architecture using natural materials. However, with new construction orders dropping to zero, although there were large-scale renovations for previous clients, the company was plagued by a sense of crisis and anxiety over the inability to secure new builds. Until then, joining a franchise had never crossed their mind, but they felt that relying solely on their own capabilities had limitations in terms of proposal power and public relations, and they believed they had no choice but to challenge themselves with new things that fit the times. Franchise members receive new customer information for material requests every month, allowing them to sketch plans for potential clients early on and improve the timing and speed of their proposals. Although the price per tsubo has decreased compared to houses made with natural materials, the profit margin and profit amount have increased, and most importantly, the number of new construction orders has returned, leading them to feel a sense of achievement. *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.*
