Conventional fluororesin coatings require high-temperature firing at 400°C, making it difficult to process materials other than metals. However, Shine Kogei's ceramic coating "Cera Armor" can form a film at low temperatures, allowing the functionality of ceramics to be imparted to materials with low heat resistance, such as resins and engineering plastics. This contributes to the long lifespan of sliding components and provides chemical resistance and corrosion prevention effects, thereby reducing total costs.
