Fluororesin coating
It has excellent heat resistance, corrosion resistance, chemical resistance, abrasion resistance, and insulation properties. Additionally, it has a high non-stick property that prevents most substances from adhering. It is commonly referred to as Teflon coating. Neodymium magnets are often nickel-plated as a base. Our company offers two types of fluoropolymer coatings (PTFE and PFA).
Epoxy coat
It has high hardness and excellent corrosion resistance and adhesion. It is also used for surface treatment of general industrial products (such as bolts, nuts, and washers). Neodymium magnets are very prone to rust, so nickel plating may be applied as a base layer.
Nylon coat
It is highly resistant to corrosion, making it suitable for easily rusting neodymium magnets. Additionally, it has high impact resistance, making it suitable for easily cracking ferrite magnets. It can be treated in various colors and is used for a wide range of applications.
