This is a high-performance cleaning device that supports dust removal and static elimination before and after thin film processes such as thin films, LTCC substrates, and green sheets (50 microns and above).

The "TC-SUX30 series" is a cleaner that our customers have come to love as our standard model. It offers a rich variety of rubber adhesive strength and machine sizes, accommodating various materials. We have a lineup of six sizes from TC-SU230 to TC-1230.
