Polishing with a buff after machining to a mirror finish is important.
It was aluminum processing using large machining, but since LED lights were incorporated into the letters to reflect and shine, even minor scratches became an issue. Therefore, buffing to polish to a mirror finish after machining was a key point. The sample was taken directly to France for approval, and a mutually satisfactory product was achieved.
