At Enax, we are currently developing silicon anode cells that have performance equivalent to widely used lithium polymer cells, significantly extending their shortcomings in safety, reliability, and lifespan, along with module technology for new solutions. Next-Generation Battery Development: Lithium-Sulfur Batteries Aiming for High Energy Density

More than twice the advantage in weight energy density! It is used in products that require safety and lightweight, such as high-altitude unmanned aerial vehicles.

Our efforts towards lithium-sulfur batteries are being promoted in collaboration with major domestic and international partners as one of our challenging development themes, focusing on the practical application of medium to large lithium-sulfur batteries. With an energy density of over 400Wh/kg, they are very high-density and lightweight, making them suitable as the main power source or auxiliary power for airplanes, airships, and balloons that conduct observations at high altitudes for several months.
