[Case Study of Dipole] Ramen Shioya

Introducing a case study of the implementation of a high-density magnetic flux active water device, Dipole, in a restaurant.

We introduced "Ramen Shioya," located in a multi-purpose building near Shimane University in Matsue City, Shimane Prefecture, which is particular about its salt blends, to the "Dipole." The opportunity for the introduction came when I was invited by a plumber to visit Dipole Kitchen, where I noticed the difference in the deliciousness of the rice. Our maintenance-free product is economical, so we implemented it right at the opening. When we cooked rice, it turned out deliciously. Additionally, when cleaning around the boiling pot with a steel scrubber, the dirt came off easily, and although a large amount of oil is used, it seems that using hot water makes it less likely to accumulate. [Case Study] ■ Model Used: DIPOLE 20A ■ Reasons for Introduction - The difference in the deliciousness of rice at Dipole Kitchen - Maintenance-free and economical *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

[Case Study of Dipole Introduction] Bistro Poirable Nishiguchi Store / Higashiguchi Store

Introducing a case study of the implementation of a high-density magnetic flux active water device, Dipole, in a restaurant.

We introduced "DIPOLE" to the Western-style restaurant "Bistro Powable" in Oyama City, Tochigi Prefecture, which is particularly particular about four ingredients: water, rice, eggs, and salt. When actually used, the water becomes easier to drink and feels like it flows into the body, and when customers are served cold water, they say, "The water is delicious." Additionally, the low-pesticide rice from Ibaraki is also well-received for its taste. The vegetables for salads, such as tomatoes, cabbage, and lettuce, are soaked in water before being served, and they are praised for their deliciousness. Furthermore, the boiling time for spaghetti noodles has been reduced, resulting in a smoother texture, which has indeed changed compared to before. 【Case Study】 ■ Model Used: DIPOLE 20A ■ Effects of Introduction - Customers say the water is delicious - Rice and vegetables soaked in water, such as tomatoes and salad vegetables, are also well-received - Boiling time for spaghetti noodles has been reduced, improving the texture - No chlorine smell even after the ice in glasses melts *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

[Big Pole Introduction Case] Shirakami Suiyukan

Introducing a case study of the implementation of the high-density magnetic flux active water device Big Pole in manufacturing, sales, and retail industries.

We have introduced the "Big Pole" at the "Shirakami Mountain Water Museum" located in Akita Prefecture. This is the renowned "Shirakami Mountain Water," a natural spring water rich in minerals nurtured by the beech forest, which is collected and bottled through non-heated filtration. Using a horizontal boring method, raw water is collected laterally from the rock bed of Mt. Momimiyama, which is over 600 meters above sea level, and is directly piped to the production facility 6.2 km away. It is produced without being stored in water tanks. Emphasizing the natural cycle, the raw water is free of bacteria. Therefore, an environment is created for water collection that prevents the raw water from coming into contact with air, thus avoiding bacterial growth. [Case Study] ■ Equipment Used: BIGPOLE 40A, 50A ■ Purpose of Introduction - To prioritize the natural cycle in water collection - To further enhance the blessings of nature and the water of life *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

[Case Study of Dipole Introduction] Hinode Tofu Shop

Introducing a case study of the implementation of a high-density magnetic flux active water device, Dipole, in the manufacturing, sales, and retail industry.

We introduced the "DIPOLE" to Hinode Tofu Shop located in Kuki City, Saitama Prefecture. Initially, we were concerned that the taste of the tofu might change, but we were convinced when we saw the incredibly sweet soy milk produced. When the tofu was coagulated, it turned out just as good as before, which was a relief. The water tasted better, and the soaking time for dried soybeans was shortened significantly. Previously, we soaked them for 24 hours, but now it only takes about 6 hours. Additionally, while rust typically forms inside regular boilers, the boiler technician was surprised at how clean the inside was, making cleaning in the factory easier. 【Case Study】 ■ Model Used: DIPOLE 20A ■ Benefits of Introduction - Incredibly sweet soy milk was produced - Water tasted better, and the soaking time for dried soybeans was shortened by about 6 hours - The inside of the boiler remained clean *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

[Case Study of Dipole] Toyo Food Co., Ltd.

Introducing a case study on the implementation of a high-density magnetic flux active water device, Dipole, in the manufacturing, sales, and retail industry.

To Tōyō Shokuhin Co., Ltd., which produces 50,000 blocks of tofu daily, we have introduced the "DIPOLE." They plan to conduct tests using DIPOLE water to determine whether the soaking time for soybeans can be shortened, as relying on intuition alone is not sufficient. Additionally, at the deep-fried tofu factory, the groundwater had a strong iron content, which previously caused a metallic smell and red rust accumulation at the bottom. However, after passing through the DIPOLE, these issues have disappeared, and the rust smell is no longer a concern. [Case Study] ■ Model Used: DIPOLE 20A ■ Purpose of Introduction - To test the soaking time for soybeans ■ Effects of Introduction - Removal of red rust caused by iron in the groundwater *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
