It is designed for bearing diagnostics and combines an always-on monitoring system compatible with IoT and an automatic lubrication device. Using ultrasonic technology, it is a new type of automatic lubrication system that supplies only the necessary amount of lubricant when the bearing requires it. I believe that lubrication with grease is often performed on a time-based schedule. But is it really okay to use the same cycle every time? The timing and amount of lubrication should vary depending on the operating conditions and environment of the equipment.
