To address the issue of droppings falling on customers shopping, as well as to maintain the building's integrity, aesthetics, and hygiene, we implemented a combination of bird nets and repellents. We used bird nets to prevent pigeons from entering the shutter boxes where they had settled, and installed repellents in primary landing areas such as pipes and steel beams to break their attachment. Additionally, we installed bird spikes made of all-stainless steel, which are resistant to rain and wind, on the shutter box, lighting fixtures, and security cameras that were mounted on the wall, implementing measures to deter pigeons.
