What is a "Brest Pair"? It is a "breathing" double-glazed glass that connects the hollow layer (the layer of dry air between the glass panes) with the outside air, adjusting the pressure between the hollow layer and the outside air. The "Brest Pair" adjusts the pressure in the hollow layer and the outside air pressure by attaching the "Swiss Spacer Air" to the resin spacer of the double-glazed glass, preventing potential glass breakage caused by the expansion of the hollow layer and reducing distortion in reflected images. Additionally, the hollow layer repeatedly expands and contracts due to temperature changes around the double-glazed glass (day-night temperature differences and indoor-outdoor temperature differences), which may lead to the deterioration of the sealing material. The "Brest Pair" suppresses the expansion and contraction caused by temperature changes, maintaining the functionality and quality of the double-glazed glass over the long term. Launch of convenient aluminum grating.
The currently available aluminum grille "GA" is designed to be installed by sandwiching the main body and the sub-body, each with a flange, against walls or doors of specified thickness. While this makes it easy to install on walls or doors of specific thicknesses, it has been difficult to install on walls or doors of other thicknesses. Additionally, when options such as non-woven fabric filters or insect screens are needed, optional parts have been shipped as kits, causing difficulties in on-site installation. Therefore, we have prepared a convenient aluminum grille that can solve these issues. The aluminum grille (single flange type) "GAS" differs from conventional aluminum grilles in that, as the name suggests, it has a flange on only one side, making it easy to fit into an opening from one side. It can be easily installed regardless of the thickness, as long as the opening is available. Optional removable non-woven fabric filters (released simultaneously) and stainless steel insect screens (to be released soon) are also available and can be pre-assembled into the grille set for shipment. The side with the flange can be chosen between the grille side and the option side, and a decorative angle is available as an option for the opposite side of the flange. The opening rates are 30% (GAS-2 type) and 50% (GAS-3 type).

The removable wall panel, which has been referred to as a "removable panel," will now be named "removable machine hatch." In architectural terms, a machine hatch generally refers to the entrance for equipment and machinery. While some may associate it with lid-type inspection openings installed in floors or doors and steel shutters for transporting equipment and machinery on upper floors, Sanwise's "removable machine hatch" is designed to be used as a wall under normal circumstances, and can be removed to create an opening for the transport of equipment and machinery when needed. Once the work is completed, it can be used as a wall again, truly embodying the concept of a "removable" "machine hatch." There will be no changes to the specifications or appearance compared to the previous removable panel. The name change will take effect from March 1, 2012.

The SST-A50 is a specifically certified fire protection device that has passed a 60-minute fire resistance test and has received certification from the Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism. The SST-A50 is a self-closing steel slide door without a stop hold function and is available only as a single slide. It will be released on September 16, 2021. A new product that has never been seen before will be added to the Sanwaise folding door series: the outward folding flush door "WDR40." The feature of this product is that it can fold a large door compactly for opening and closing. When the door is folded, the protruding handle fits into a dedicated handle pocket, allowing the two doors to align perfectly and stick to the wall. As a result, the space required to open the door is halved, making effective use of the surrounding area. Additionally, it adopts a sliding drop mechanism equipped with a long-stroke rod, ensuring that the rod reliably reaches the floor even when there are significant irregularities in the floor surface. In the Sanwise sliding door series, the decorative material on the back side of the opening frame used to be flat bar, but particularly with 50mm panels, the decorative material would protrude, resulting in poor appearance and difficult installation. Therefore, we decided to use an unequal angle, making the flange part of the opening frame the same length and surface treatment as the opening frame itself, which allows for easier installation and a better appearance for both 40mm and 50mm panels. Sliding windows" and "sliding doors" are now available under the name "Sliding Madoor.
Sliding windows and doors that move up and down have long been in demand as opening components for conveyors in food factories and similar applications, and we have responded to these requests with custom designs each time. Now, we are launching these "up-and-down windows" and "up-and-down doors" as a smarter and more user-friendly product, named "Up-and-Down Madoa." We offer two types: the "Panel Type," which features movable shoji panels with insulated sandwich panels, and the "Kamachi Type," which allows for transparent surfaces to create see-through windows or full grilles. Both types can be custom-made to dimensions, with the capability to create large openings of up to about one tatami mat in size. The operation of the shoji is very light, allowing even a large shoji panel the size of one tatami mat to be opened and closed with one hand by a woman.
