It is a comprehensive management system for plating solutions that compactly integrates a concentration mechanism that significantly reduces the supply water by concentrating and recovering the plating solution, and an electrolytic mechanism that simultaneously recovers metal components, adjusts concentration, and removes impurities. 【Applications】 Concentration of plating process water (copper, nickel, chrome, zinc plating) / Reduction of waste liquid volume 【Features of Canly】 ■ Efficiently evaporates and concentrates moisture in the plating solution, recovering plating chemicals. ■ Uses an atmospheric evaporation mechanism utilizing air, eliminating concerns about the decomposition of the plating solution and the need for cooling water. ■ In the case of chrome plating, an attached membrane electrolytic device separates and removes impurities (cations) in the plating solution, preventing an increase in impurities through recovery. ■ In the case of nickel plating, an attached electrolytic device performs electrolysis (metalization) or reverse electrolysis according to the concentration of the plating solution, controlling it to a specified concentration. ■ Extremely simple operation with few failure points, requiring no maintenance. ■ Adopts a low-temperature evaporation concentration method with a corrosion-resistant design structure. ■ The unitized design of the device requires less installation space compared to conventional devices and is cost-effective. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
