A dampening water cooling circulation device that improves printing quality!
Models MR-5 to MR-30 come standard with a touch-operated control panel. In addition to a comprehensive alarm system covering eight items such as reverse phase, alcohol residual warning, compressor overload, pump overload, refrigerant pressure abnormality, water temperature abnormality, and sensor abnormality, they also feature a function that displays the operating status of the pump and compressor on a monitor. Furthermore, in addition to the function that separately displays water temperature and set temperature in digital format, it also shows the ambient temperature, enhancing the ability to monitor operating conditions. Additionally, external alarm terminals are provided to output these alarms to remote locations, such as the operation stand of printing machinery. With parameter settings, water temperature control can be set within a range of ±0.1 to ±9.9℃, allowing for high-precision water temperature control.

basic information
By appropriately mixing various chemical solutions such as etching liquid and alcohol, while simultaneously maintaining the wetting water temperature at an optimal level, the quality of printing is further improved. This helps to control issues related to ink emulsification and scumming (ground dirt), allowing for a more stable balance between water and ink.
