● LM guide SSR and SHS with ball retainer The Universal Series allows you to choose between SSR, which is optimal for horizontal use, and SHS, which is ideal for vertical or wall-mounted use, depending on the installation position and direction of external forces. ● Selectable drive methods > Ball screw specification You can select the ball screw lead according to your application. > Belt specification With the adoption of a high-rigidity timing belt, it excels in high-speed performance. It can accommodate longer strokes (GL-N: up to 2720mm, TH: up to 3600mm) compared to the ball screw specification. ● Lightweight and high rigidity The cross-sectional shape of the base made from aluminum extrusions has a hollow structure, making it lightweight yet highly rigid. ● Abundant options Covers, bellows, sensors, and cable chains are available as options. Additionally, a wide variety of end plates (motor mounting plates, motor brackets, reducers) are provided to accommodate the latest motors and those suitable for GL-N and TH. Furthermore, considering long-term maintenance-free operation, it is possible to install the QZ lubrication device on the LM guide and ball screw.
